Aims
- taking students outdoors and making them
interested in watching nature, especially spring flowers
- arising their interest in photography including macro
- working in teams
- using apps to learn about nature
- creating a simple
Work process
1) shortly introduce the school and town
2) ask students to take pictures of spring flowers and find their names
(including the date and locality)
3) collect the photos of spring flowers on a Padlet noticeboard
5) create a shared Google slides presentation from the photos and turn it into
an e-book (possibly creating a simple website too)
6) choose 10-15 flowers and create a simple glossary in national languages
7) create a few quizzes / games and share them
8) JUST VOLUNTARILY: the teachers will suggest a few task for a SnapHunt in a
park and share them; if such a SnapHunt is organized, they will share a few
photos from it
9) JUST VOLUNTARILY: additional activities (moving story?, singing a song about
a flower, painting / drawing flowers in fine art classes etc.)
